"I could not recommend Ottawa Animal Hospital enough - both locations! I switched from my past vet and will never go anywhere else. The staff has been amazing at communicating with me compassionately when I have been under duress for an illness with my dog. Chloe talked to me on the phone and helped ease my mind when on the verge of tears and Gladys was also so kind on the phone. Doctor Wendy Swift has been amazing with my dog after he contracted two tick-born illnesses and helped me come up with a meal plan and supplements that will help strengthen his immune system as well as just give me supportive words. Doctor Turner personally called me when I sent my other dogs embark health results in just to discuss them with me in depth and offer any advice. I have never had a bad experience with this staff and would recommend everyone take their babies here. It feels like they understand that my dogs are my entire life line and I so needed that.
