"We love this vet clinic. They have a separate entry for cats and they are quite dedicated to cats. The entre office is friendly and efficient. We have the greatest confidence in the veterinarians and their medical staff. They are professional, kind, skillful, and knowledgeable. They talk openly and honestly with you at every step of the process. They are careful and loving to my cats. They follow up as necessary with emails and phone calls. They even have a chat system. My cats are in great hands and if I worry about them, I don't worry about the care they are receiving. It was a good day when we moved to Holland and discovered Ottawa Animal Hospital East. As you might guess, I HIGHLY recommend them."
